We handmake each piece to order, valuing each unique detail, therefore it may contain imperfections and particularities that make each piece unrepeatable.

To extend the life of your pieces, avoid direct contact with liquids.

Keep your silver & gold shining bright by polishing it with a soft cloth or natural soap and warm water to remove any tarnish that may develop over time.
1. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a Fingerprint Kit in the mail with instructions on how to get the best print. You will receive one impression kit per fingerprint charm ordered.

2. An addressed return post label will be included in your package so that you can send your prints back to me.

3. Once I receive your impressions back, I will review them and be in touch only if there are any issues. To create the fingerprint in metal, I use traditional lost wax casting and as each piece is handmade, it takes approximately 4-6 weeks from when I receive the finished wax impressions back from you until you receive a dispatch notification.
